We grow a wide variety of vegetables, herbs and fruit, aiming to have fresh produce available every week of the year. We grow on a little under 1/2 acre, and this small scale lends itself more to some crops than others. We grow a small amount of storage crops in the fall, but most of what we grow and sell is harvested fresh.
